Muscatel Special Black Tea 100

Darjeeling Clonal  Muscatel – Second Flush 2021

 This second flush muscatel tea is made from the finest mixed clones at the highest elevated section from Gopaldhara Tea Estate. It is sufficiently oxidized to ensure that all the exquisite flavours are prominently present. The dry leaves are brownish with random golden tips which brew into orange liquor and a medium-bodied cup. It has a prominent fruity muscatel flavour devoid of any astringency & bitterness.

Infusion: Coppery Infusion

Colour: Orange

Sweetness: Fruity Sweet

Astringency: No

Flavour : Prominent fruity muscatel flavour

Aftertaste: Pleasant & lingering aftertaste

Brewing Instruction:-  Water : Always use fresh water

Boiling : Temperature of the water: 85° C.

Time : 3-4 minutes

Leaves : One teaspoon (around 2.5g) /one cup

Multiple Infusions : 2 times

 Milk : No milk, Condiments are not advised as it may ruin the natural flavour of the tea
