Description
Classic First Flush 2021 Darjeeling Tea 50gm
Dhenki introduces the best breed of Darjeeling first flush Oolong Tea, which is a semi-oxidized, curled and twisted variety of red tea. This tea has a position between barely oxidized green tea and the fully oxidized black tea. The very fine bud and leaf shoots are plucked from densely planted bushes for less dark and prominent fruity flavoured cups. Highly proficient tea masters controls the oxidation and rolling to an optimum level, achieving a unique fruity aroma. Oolong represents a true artisan mastership of tea processing. Teas are traditionally rolled, twisted or curled into thin strands. These artisanal rolling techniques subtly alter the entire direction of the tea’s final flavour. These highly appreciated teas are manufactured from the high mountains at an altitude of 5500 FT. Oolong tea is used to improve mental alertness. Rich in antioxidants, Oolong has several health benefits like control of obesity and prevention of heart disease. This tea even straightens weak and brittle bones(osteoporosis).
